Circus Fun & Fitness is passionate about providing circus workshops that are engaging, active and fun experiences for all ages.
Our Preschool programs align with and promote the NSW Health Munch and Move key message: Get Active Each Day, and the Australian Government Get Up and Grow recommendation that Toddlers (1 to 3 years) and pre-schoolers (3 to 5 years) should be physically active every day for at least three hours, spread throughout the day.

Ayla The Sailor Show
Ayla, dreams of being a sailor. Her and a trusty cardboard box are ready to take on the seven seas, she has places to go and wonderments to discover! She sets off to discover special places of Australia's national cultural identity landmarks.
Complementing the EYLF curriculum Ayla the Sailor encourages children to participate in problem solving and investigating.This show explores themes of connecting with people and place.
Clean Green Earth Show
Come on a journey with Tina Green as she uses storytelling, music, science experiments and circus tricks to learn about climate change with some positive steps we can take to help Mother Earth feel better.
Complementing the EYLF curriculum Clean Green Earth is designed to explore sustainability in daily routines and practices. This show promotes social responsibility and respect for the environment.
Birds Eye View Show
See the world through Chelsea the Kookaburra’s eyes. When Chelsea hatches from her egg in the big Eucalyptus Gum Tree she must learn to fly!Through music, circus tricks and dance, Chelsea shares her stories and ideas on how we can keep our environment beautiful

Hula Hoops and Handstands

Emma dreams of being healthy and strong, so she can walk on her hands and learn some hula hoop tricks. Can you help Emma choose the right foods, keep her active and make her super strong and happy?
Complementing the EYLF curriculum this show is designed to empower young children to pick the right choices to have a healthy and happy body. Hula Hoops and Handstands is an engaging programme that makes the healthy choices feel like the 'fun' choices.
